We collect information in two ways: directly from you when you interact with our website, and in the course of providing automation services to our clients.
Fifth AI Consulting operates as a managed service provider for SMS automation. This means we create and manage dedicated SMS messaging accounts on behalf of our clients, registered under each client's legal business name and EIN. End-users who receive SMS messages through these systems are interacting with infrastructure managed by Fifth AI Consulting on behalf of the client business.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent records will not be shared with any third party except as necessary to operate the messaging service itself.
End-users may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, or request help by replying HELP. All SMS systems operated by Fifth AI Consulting include these opt-out mechanisms as required by law.
Missed-call text-back automations operated by Fifth AI Consulting use an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system to obtain explicit consent before sending any SMS. Callers are prompted to press 1 to receive a text message or press 2 to leave a voicemail. No SMS is sent without this explicit keypress consent, in compliance with TCPA regulations.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with the following categories of service providers solely for the purpose of delivering our services:
Each of these providers has their own privacy practices. We select and configure them with data minimization in mind and do not authorize them to use your data for any purpose beyond delivering our services.
We take reasonable measures to protect the information you provide, including encrypted credential storage and secure connections between platforms. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain client and customer data only as long as necessary to deliver our services. Upon termination of a client relationship, customer data is deleted from our systems within 30 days unless retention is required by law. Basic business records (invoices, agreements) may be retained for up to 7 years.
Our services are intended for business use and are not directed at individuals under 18.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
